Once upon a time in the not so distant past...., Sylvia and Missy decided to start a company. They knew that because they were best friends, going into business together was the next step in the natural progression of their friendship. Sylvia has been working to perfect her savory, southwestern style of salsa for the past six years, and both of us thought it was ready to go to market. For years her salsa had been sampled by friends, family, and co-workers. Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to the flavor of the salsa, Sylvia entered a local Salsa Challenge three years ago. She discovered that many people outside of her immediate circle also enjoyed her salsa and found it to be very tasty and unique.

We entered the Tempe Salsa Challenge on April 26, 2008. We received another amazing response from thousands of people who stopped at our booth. Check out the photos of this years challenge.
